LeRoy & Lewis BBQ Sauce

LeRoy & Lewis was recently awarded the 5th best barbecue joint in Texas by Texas Monthly. We take some of their mustard based barbecue sauce to marinate breasts, boneless thighs, and drumsticks. They are ready to grill, bake, pan-fry or however you want to cook them!

Ingredients: Chicken, Worcestershire Sauce, Apple Cider Vinegar, Distilled White Vinegar, Garlic Powder, Cumin, Black Pepper, Sugar, Kosher Salt, Mustard, Canola Oil, Frank's Red Hot (Aged Cayenne Red Peppers, Distilled Vinegar, Water, Salt and Garlic Powder). 

These marinated chicken cuts come from chicken foraging on rangeland with Organic/verified Non-GMO Project feed, sunshine, and fresh air right here in the heart of Texas. The diversity of diet leads to a variety of high quality nutrients in the meat. Add to that the longer grow out time, and it is truly craft chicken with exceptional taste!
